Congratulations Spring 2016 Living Laboratory Stipend Recipients

The National Living Laboratory team is pleased to announce that ten partnerships have received funding through the NLL Stipend Program to establish or enhance their Living Laboratory collaborations. Two community members also received funding for projects designed to increase the impact of a Living Laboratory program in educating the public about developmental science. View Awardees

Stipends were awarded to new Living Laboratory collaborations at:

  • Academy of Natural Sciences & University of Pennsylvania
  • Children’s Museum of Fond du Lac & University of Washington at OshKosh
  • Explora & University of New Mexico
  • LaFayette Public Library & University of Colorado at Boulder
  • Pacific Science Center & University of Washington
  • The Discovery Museums & Boston College

Stipends were awarded to established Living Laboratory sites at:

  • Ann Arbor Hands On Museum & University of Michigan Museum of Natural History & University of Michigan
  • Connecticut Science Center & University of Connecticut
  • Explore and More Children’s Museum & SUNY Buffalo
  • Science Factory Children’s Museum and Exploration Dome & University of Oregon

Educational Assistance was awarded to community members at:

  • Children's Museum of Phoenix
  • Fort Worth Museum of Science and History

Living Laboratory Partnership Stipends and Educational Assistance awards are supported by a grant to the Museum of Science, Boston from the National Science Foundation Award #1113648.
